The
process:
To create our uniquely durable
and lightweight panels, Stoneflex is fabricated with a continuous process
using a substrate of glass fiber and granulated stone, which is layered
and blended with resin. Stone aggregate is then resin-bonded to the outer
surface. For maximum strength, the panel is then oven cured.
Panel Sizes
Standard
panel width: 48" (Large aggregate is 47-3/4").
Panel length is variable
up to 13', and non-standard sizes can be cut to customer
requirements.
15-Year Warranty
Under normal use and exposure, Stoneflex panels will not crack or
incur unacceptable aggregate loss for 15
years. |
