                                                                     STONEFLEX WARRANTY

CEP Panels, Inc., on behalf of Stoneflex Urp, Ltd., warrants Stoneflex Architectural Panels for structural integrity (non-load bearing conditions) for a period of 15 years from the date of purchase.  Structurally defective material, providing installation was performed in strict compliance with Manufacturer's recommended procedures, will be replaced or at manufacturer's sole option, the original invoice price refunded.

WHICH SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES AS TO COLOR FASTNESS, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IN NO EVENT SHALL STONEFLEX URP, LTD. BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DAMAGES OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DAMAGE TO TRADE OR BUSINESS FOR REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION COSTS.
